Shipping Information
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, dimensions, and delivery distance.

If you place multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may consolidate them into a single shipment. The shipping fees charged will remain at the original calculated amount and are non-refundable, as these fees are calculated based on the total weight and destination of each individual order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package's tracking number.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you provided an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it to the correct address for you. However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot be held responsible. If the items need to be reshipped to you, a reshipping fee of $5 will apply. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email.

What should I do if my package gets lost?
We are not responsible for packages lost due to errors on the part of the carrier or any logistics service provider (please refer to our "Shipping and Returns Policy").

What should I do if my package is returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. We will send you an invoice via email to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Please carefully verify all shipping address details before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us because the customer provided incomplete address information, a reshipping fee will be charged. Please ensure you carefully verify all address details before placing your order. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a $4 restocking fee will be deducted from your total order refund amount.
